We are always available to talk with you and address your concerns. Please feel free to contact us during the following hours through our office phone number or e-mail address. After hours, please call our office for after hour emergency instructions.
Monday – Thursday: 8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (During the summer, we close at 12:30 p.m. on Friday.)
Walk-in emergency hours for patients of record: 8:45 a.m. (Monday-Friday)
Appointments
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.
